Reports

Reports answers three questions: how busy were we, how busy was each person, and what is selling.

Pick a range at the top: 7, 30 or 90 days, or the next 30 for what is coming.

The summary

Visits counts appointments in the range, with how many were completed.

Booked value is the value of completed visits at the prices they were booked at.

No shows is the share of finished visits nobody turned up to.

Booked by clients is how many came through your booking page or portal rather than being entered by your team. Watch this one over time. It is the number that tells you whether the booking page is doing its job.

Where nothing has finished yet, a rate reads as a dash rather than 0%. A rate with nothing behind it is unknown, not zero.

By team member

Visits, completed, no shows, time booked and utilization for each person. Someone with no bookings still appears at zero rather than dropping out of the table, because an empty row is information.

Time booked counts the time a person is actually held. A colour's developing gap is free time and is not counted against them, which is the honest way to read utilization for anyone doing processing work.

Utilization is time booked as a share of the hours they work. Read it against the range you picked: over 30 days that includes every day they were scheduled, so a busy week can still show a small percentage.

By service

What was booked, what was completed, how much time it took and what it was worth. This is the view that tells you which service to promote and which one is quietly eating your day.

A cancelled booking still appears as booked, but not as completed.

Booked value is not revenue

Booked value uses the price at the time of booking. Once discounts are applied at checkout, it will not match your books, and it is not meant to.

For revenue, use ERP. Invoices posted at checkout are the real number, and they carry discounts, tax and payments. Reports here are about how your time is being used.
