Your booking page

Your booking page is a public link. No app to install, no account to create, no password for anyone to forget. That last part matters more than it sounds: asking a client to register is where most online bookings are abandoned.

The address looks like bookings.upscaleerp.com/your-salon, and the last part is yours to choose in settings.

What a client does

They open the link, pick a service, pick a time, and leave a name and a phone number or email. That is the whole flow. They get a confirmation with a reference straight away, and the visit appears on your calendar.

What clients see

Only services marked online bookable. Prices as you have set them. Times inside your working hours, in your time zone, from people who actually perform that service and are actually free.

They do not see your team's other clients, your internal notes, or anything you have kept off the page.

Matching to existing clients

If someone books with a phone number you already have on file, the visit attaches to that client and joins their history. No duplicate record.

If the number matches nobody, the visit attaches to your walk in customer and still shows on the calendar with the name they gave. You can merge them into a real client later.

Asking questions at booking

Intake questions let you collect what you need before someone arrives: allergies, hair history, whether this is a first visit.

Add a question to one service and it is asked only for that service. Add an org wide one and it is asked on every booking, without being asked twice when a service also asks it. Required questions have to be answered before the booking can complete, and the answers appear on the visit at the front desk.

Turning it off

Switch the page off in settings and the link stops working. An unknown link and a switched off page show the same message, so nobody can tell from the outside which of the two it is.

Classes

If you run classes, a Classes tab appears on the page showing time, instructor, price and places left. It only appears when you actually run classes. The public list never names who else is attending. See Classes.

When a day is full

If the day a client picked has nothing free, they are offered a link to join the waitlist. On a day that does have times, that link is deliberately not shown, because we want the booking rather than a phone number to call back.
