These terms govern your access to and use of Upscale's products and services. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Using Upscale

You may use Upscale only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You're responsible for your account and the activity that happens under it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for the actions of users you invite to your organization.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them to break the law or infringe others' rights.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the services as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

6. Liability

The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Upscale's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
