Upscale Hub is the central place to manage your organization across the entire Upscale platform. Where each product (ERP, Billing) handles its own day-to-day operations, the Hub handles everything that sits above those products: your organizations, the people who can access them, what each person is allowed to do, which products are active, and your account and payment settings.
Where the Hub sits in the Upscale suite
Upscale is made up of a few connected apps that share one account and one set of organizations:
- Upscale ERP: inventory, sales, invoices, expenses and accounting.
- Upscale Billing: recurring billing, plans, subscriptions and payments.
- Upscale Hub: organization administration: members, roles, products, and org-level settings (this is what you're reading about).
- Upscale HQ: the internal platform-administration app used by the Upscale team.
Because every product reads from the same organization, anything you set up in the Hub (a new member, a role, your company profile, your locations and currencies) applies consistently across ERP and Billing.
What you can do in the Hub
- Organizations: create organizations, edit the company profile and logo, switch between organizations you belong to, and set a default.
- Members: invite people to your organization, manage pending invitations, and control each member's access.
- Roles & access: define what members can do in each product with reusable roles.
- Apps: see which products are active for your organization and open them.
- Settings: manage your organization profile, business locations, currencies, taxes, and payment options, all in one shared place.
Who uses the Hub
The Hub is for organization administrators and owners, the people responsible for setting up the business, inviting colleagues, and deciding who can access which products. Day-to-day users typically spend most of their time inside ERP or Billing, and only visit the Hub to manage their account or switch organizations.
