Upscale Bookings
Upscale Bookings is for any business that sells time. Salons, barbers, spas, clinics, studios, consultants. You publish a booking page, clients pick a time, and your team works from one calendar.
What you get
A booking page your clients can finish without creating an account. One calendar the whole team works from, with a column per person. Services that can run in steps, so a colour that develops for 45 minutes frees the stylist during the gap instead of blocking them. Classes with a register and a waitlist. Email confirmations and reminders that go out from your business, not from us.
How it fits with Upscale ERP
Bookings does not keep a second copy of your business. Your services are ERP items, your clients are ERP customers, and your team members are the same staff records ERP uses for commissions. When you check a visit out, the invoice is posted in ERP, against the same chart of accounts as every other sale.
That matters in practice. Change a service price in ERP and the booking page shows the new price. Look up a client in Bookings and their statement in ERP ties to the cent, because there is only one record.
If you bought Bookings on its own, you never need to open ERP. The dashboard walks you through preparing your books once, and everything after that happens in Bookings.
What is not here yet
We would rather tell you now than have you find out later. These are not built:
- Deposits and no show fees
- SMS reminders (email reminders do work)
- Two way sync with Google or Outlook calendars (a one way subscribed feed does work)
- Memberships and packages
- A public API
