The Apps page is your launchpad for the Upscale products available to your organization. It shows each product, whether it's active for the current organization, and lets you open it.

The Apps page

Open Apps from the sidebar. Each product, Upscale ERP and Upscale Billing, is shown as a card with:

• A short description of what the product does.
• A status badge:
  • Active: the product is activated for this organization.
  • Trial: the product is in a free trial period.
  • Available: the product isn't activated yet.
• Actions to Open the product (when you have access), Start free trial (when it isn't active yet), or view Details.

When you choose Open, the Hub takes you straight into that product for the current organization.

Product access and entitlement

Whether a product is active is an organization-level entitlement. It applies to the whole organization, not to an individual. Within an active product, what each member can see and do is then controlled by their role and, for ERP, their location access.

You choose your initial products when you create an organization (as free trials), and you can activate more later from the Apps page.
