Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or add capacity anytime. Changes are prorated to your billing period.
Which payment methods do you support?
All major cards, bank transfers and mobile money. Annual plans can also be invoiced.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices are shown exclusive of tax. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location.
Is there a free trial?
You can start free and explore the product before adding a paid plan. No card required to begin.
What happens if a payment fails?
We automatically retry and notify you over email, SMS and WhatsApp before any interruption.
How does Billing's per-successful-collection fee work?
Billing plans pair a low monthly base with a small fee on each successful collection, and that fee drops as you move up a plan. You're only charged for payments you actually collect, never for failed attempts.
Do I have to pay for onboarding?
No. You can set up your account and import your data yourself for free. If you'd like a hand, optional expert onboarding (data cleanup, import and a training session) is available to get you live faster.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. Paying annually saves you two months, and we run occasional launch offers (such as a discounted first month) that show on the plan cards while they're active.
I run multiple organizations. How does pricing work?
Pricing is per organization. Each organization gets its own plan, so you can mix plans and products across them, and you switch between organizations with one login.
